This Privacy Policy explains

  • how we use your personal data;
  • your rights concerning your personal data.

The Privacy Policy applies to the use of the website WEBSITE (“Website”) and our communication concerning the use of the Website.

Definitions

Contact information – data needed to contact you, e.g., e-mail address, phone number, postal address.

Identification data – information that allows us to establish and verify who you are, e.g., name, surname.

How Do We Use Your Personal Data and Why?

We use only the minimum amount of personal data needed.

We can use your Contact information, Identification data and other data that you may voluntary decide to send to us when you contact us through e-mail, address or phone. We will use these personal data to respond to your request because it’s important for us that you get answers to your questions to us (legitimate interests). 

We may also use the other data that you, besides Identification data and Contact information, may voluntarily decide to send us to analyse public interest and information available to the public about our organization because it’s important for us to improve our services, promote our organization and it’s values and provide the best service to you (legitimate interests).

We will obtain your personal data directly from you (for example, when you send us an e-mail).

We do not disclose your personal data to any data recipients.

How Long Do We Store Your Personal Data?

We will not store your personal data longer than it is necessary. Once we have determined that we no longer need to hold your personal data, we will destroy it.

The criteria used to determine the period of storage of your personal data are:

  • the nature of the purpose, why personal data was collected;
  • the length of time, while we have a contractual relationship with you;
  • the existence of a legal obligation under the applicable law;
  • the necessity to store the data in the light of our legal position (such as applicable statutes of limitations, litigation or regulatory investigations).
