Nordic Resilience Summit 2025 by CIREN is a must-attend event for leaders and professionals in resilience, preparedness, civil protection. Hosted at the iconic National Library of Latvia, this summit will gather key players from across sectors, including business, government, military, and technology, to engage in high-level discussions on the future of resilience and preparedness (critical infrastructure, weaponization of narratives, cyberspace, public and private sector interaction), connect leaders and experts, and also create opportunities to enjoy the vibrant and hidden spaces across Rīga, guided by your enthusiastic local hosts.
CIREN (Civilian Resilience Nordic) is a community initiative for building societal resilience. The mission of CIREN as a non-governmental organization is to protect communities in Northern Europe by improving the regional capability to mitigate against, prepare for, respond to, and recover from threatened or actual natural disasters, terror, hybrid threats/gray-zone and military activity, or other man-made disasters. This is supported by greater resilience of businesses, civil societies, and the public sector.
